Here is a link to electronic signature pads. They start at about $400. I am using one of these with DentForms and it works well. You can also use them to sign Dr. Notes, Signature on file and any other paper we have had to sign in the past.
The ePad family of signature input devices enables you to capture legally-binding handwritten electronic signatures, eliminating the need for wet-ink on paper. Our comprehensive product offering covers the full spectrum of esignature processes and environments, from the field to retail office to high-security workflow applications.
Every member of the ePad family comes bundled with Interlink’s standard esignature software, IntegriSign Desktop. Once your ePad is installed, you’re ready to esign!

Don’t you wish when life is bad
and things just don’t compute,
That all we really had to do
was stop and hit reboot?
Things would all turn out OK,
life could be so sweet
If we had those special keys
Ctrl, Alt, and Delete
Your boss is mad, your bills not paid,
your wife, well she’s just mute
Just stop and hit those wonderful keys
that make it all reboot
You’d like to have another job
but you fear living in the street?
You solve it all and start a new,
Ctrl, Alt, and Delete.

Diode Laser Wavelength 810nm to 830nmThere are various manufacturers producing Diode lasers, delivering wavelengths in the range of 810nm to 830nm. These devices are compact and portable in design and very reliable based on their solid-state components. The Diode lasers are used for soft tissue procedures only and the wavelength is well absorbed by pigmented structures providing for good hemostasis and effective cutting of tissue. Working with a carbonized tip optical fiber, cutting is clean and efficient with good coagulation and minor char. Depth of penetration ranges from 2-3mm into tissue depending on wavelength.
